Guest acknowledges and understands that check-in is no earlier than 4:00 p.m. and that checkout is no later than 11:00 a.m.

Guest is responsible for any and all damages to the premises or its contents caused by carelessness or negligence, and agrees to indemnify Owner for any such damages.

Guest acknowledges that all units are non-smoking.

Guest agrees that Agent(s) may enter accommodations for necessary maintenance and/or repair or to re-supply with cleaning supplies.

Maximum occupancy for each accommodation is 2 people per bedroom, with the exception of units that have a sofa bed. Agent has the prerogative to terminate this agreement and ask guests to vacate without reimbursement in the event more than the stated number of guests occupy dwelling or the party is disruptive to other guests or owners.

Pets are not permitted in any properties. Guest found in violation of this regulation will be asked to leave, forfeiting any remaining rental nights and will be charged for any and all exterminating/clean up fees incurred in addition to the total rental charge.

When, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Agent, the reserved accommodation is not available or not tenable, substitute accommodations, if available, will be offered at the published rental rate. In the event of a hurricane or other acts of God, refunds will be issued only if South Carolina officials order mandatory evacuation.

Agent is not responsible for appliance, plumbing, or air conditioning/heat breakdown. Any and all breakdowns will be remedied by repair or replacement as quickly as possible. No monetary reimbursements will be offered or given.

Agent is not responsible for any construction occurring adjacent to or in close proximity to rental property.
