Rental Rates
The rates shown are for a full week (Saturday to Saturday).
During off-peak seasons, stays shorter than a week are
permitted. A minimum of 3 nights is required, and the
nightly rate will be billed at 20% of the weekly rate. To
guarantee a reservation, we require a 30% deposit within 7
days. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and is
payable by personal check, travelers check or cash or by
Master Card, Visa, American Express (payable via Pay Pal).
Cancellations
All cancellation requests should be made at least 30 days
prior to arrival. If another reservation can be secured at
the same rate, your deposit will be refunded. If another
reservation is made at a lower rate, your refund will be
pro-rated. If another reservation cannot be made, your
deposit will be forfeited. A $50 processing fee will be
charged on all cancellations.
